See the official Salesforce small business pricing. Our integration work is separate and scoped with you directly.
You do. That's intentional. We set it up, wire it to your website, and hand it over cleanly. Salesforce runs its own platform and provides support for the product itself. If you want ongoing admin help, we can recommend a Salesforce partner or scope a separate engagement, but it's not bundled into this.
Salesforce makes upgrading straightforward, Starter Suite adds sales flows and lead routing, Pro Suite adds quoting and more customization, and Sales Cloud is the full enterprise platform. You keep all your data and history. If you want help migrating when that day comes, re-engage us and we'll scope it.
